June 3, 2022 - The Second Draft of the Unified Development Ordinance was released. It is anticipated that Charlotte City Council will officially vote on the UDO on August 22, 2022.

Two types of changes have been incorporated into the second draft UDO:
1) technical revisions and
2) changes based on community feedback.
