Association Management Services

CLTPR provides services to help manage Membership Associations

We provide everything from full-service management to supplemental support including interim management assistance.  The CLTPR Team has over 15 years of association management experience, specializing in working with small or transitioning associations.

Communication Management

Membership communication is a fundamental responsibility for any association however communications logistics has become a time-consuming ordeal. CLTPR can help organize, manage and strategize membership communication. We can provide full in-house services or assist with supplemental communications support and strategy.

Email Management: email management & monitoring, email marketing campaign marketing campaigns, newsletters creation, and email distribution strategy.
Social Media Coordination: social media marketing campaigns, graphic design, membership engagement & social media.
Website Maintenance: event calendaring, graphic design, website upkeep, and integration.
Direct Contact: overseeing phone calls, coordinating site visits strategies and coordinating in person meetings.

 

Membership Services

The best led associations are member led associations. CLTPR works with associations directors and/or boards to create an association culture of membership engagement. It is essential that membership organizations are in tune with their membership to be able to understand their needs, provided member services and create relevant programing.

Database Management: CLTPR can help create a database management strategy and provide database management services.
Committee Coordination: Many associations rely on volunteer committees to help provide operational management functions. CLTPR can help coordinate and institute these efforts.
Board of Directors Support: CLTPR can assist in ensuring a health board environment through providing support and assistance to board members.

Administrative Support

Smaller associations are often run directly by the volunteers Board of Directors, part-time employees, by single association executive or by a combination. Often time times administrative and logistical services can be overwhelming for smaller association and can lead to employee/volunteer burnout.

CLTPR can work with Associations and their Board of Directors to help provide guidance in establishing the best management structure approach to accommodate growth and provide assistance in the transition. CLTPR provides association management consulting and back of the house administrative resources.
