August 23, 2019: The City of Charlotte issued a letter with the dates and times for the public participation process. The letter was mailed to property owners and neighborhood organizations:
Property owners within 300 feet of the rezoning.
Neighborhood Leaders within 2 miles of the rezoning and registered with the City.
